French Sandwich Rolls

 

Ingredients

360g             Water, warm

540g             Bread Flour

1 ˝ Tsp         Yeast

1 ˝ Tsp         Salt

 

Process

1)     Mix ingredients together.  Kneed for about 10 min, until smooth.  Oil and rise in covered bowl for about  1 ˝ hours.

2)    Turn out on flowered counter, deflate, divide, and shape into six balls.  Cover balls on the counter with a towel and rest for about 15 minutes.

3)    Press balls out into 7” long ovals.  Roll into sausage.  Place on parchment lined baking sheet.  Rise for about one hour.
